Payment Options

To register for our events, please complete the registration form and submit it to the Kenya Association of Fundraising Professionals (KAFP). Once we receive your registration, we will send you an invoice for payment processing. Please keep in mind that your booking is considered valid only after we have received the correct payment.

Payment Methods:

Cheque: Please make cheques payable to Kenya Association of Fundraising Professionals in Euro (EUR), Kenyan Shilling (Ksh), or US Dollar (USD).

Bank Transfer: You can also make payments via bank transfer to Kenya Association of Fundraising Professionals. Please attach a copy of the transfer form for reference.

Mpesa Paybill:

For added convenience, you can use:

  • Mpesa Paybill Business No. 949732.
  • Enter your Account No. as ‘Contributor’s Name’
  • Account Name: KAFP.

Please note that the exchange rate applied will be the rate in effect on the day of the transaction, not necessarily the day you make the booking. The cost of the transfer will be borne by the client. Payments can be made in Euro, USD, or Ksh.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received 30 days or more before the event are subject to a 40% cancellation charge 

No refunds will be provided for cancellations received within 30 days of the event, in case of a no-show, or non-attendance.

While the program is accurate at the time of publication, please be aware that the organizers reserve the right to make amendments to the program as necessary.
